The Contractor Network is the public application portal for Prospector, a Service Alignment product operated by The Forever Company LLC. Customer and applicant data remain subject to the published privacy notices and applicable agreements.
Any commercial roofing contractor that meets state and government regulations is open to apply. RoofCast is currently pointed primarily at the commercial roofing industry. Applying is the first step, not approval. We review your licensing, insurance, safety record, and service history before a market is offered, and your agreement sets the final requirements.

No, but it can be as recent as 30 days. RoofCast uses the most current permitted drone, map, aerial, 3D, and height data available. RoofCast Plus is currently in beta, which includes timestamped drone images that can be updated with the click of a button.
