Privacy Policy

Service Alignment, a product of The Forever Company LLC (“Service Alignment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides lead-generation and sales technology for commercial roofing contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, including for text-message (SMS) communications.

On the Roof Review waiting page, you may separately request one automated readiness text by entering your mobile number and checking the adjacent, unchecked consent box. That consent is limited to one message for that Roof Review and does not enroll you in marketing or recurring messages. The page records the disclosure version, purpose, number, timestamp, and consent or revocation event. You can remove the request on the waiting page before delivery, reply STOP to opt out, or reply HELP for help.

Two Public Surfaces, One Program

Service Alignment operates two public product surfaces under this single privacy program: Roof Health, for roofing customers — people who own, manage, or maintain commercial roofs and request a roof review of their property — and Prospector, for roofing contractors, whose public Contractor Network portal lets a contractor check territory availability and apply for a service territory. This policy governs both surfaces. Surface-specific notices describe each door’s data practices in detail:

Information We Collect

We collect business contact information used in a business-to-business sales process, including name, company, job title, business email address, business phone number, and property or portfolio details. We also collect information you provide directly (for example, when you request a roof report or reply to our outreach) and basic usage data from our websites.

How We Use Information

We use the information to contact business decision-makers about commercial roofing services, to prepare roof-condition and portfolio reports, to schedule and conduct sales conversations, and to operate and improve our services. We process this information based on our legitimate business interests and, where applicable, on the consent you provide.

Optional OpenAI and Google Advertising Measurement

On the public Roof Health and Contractor Network pages, we may offer optional advertising measurement from OpenAI and Google. The browser tags remain off by default and do not load or make provider network requests unless a measurement choice has been resolved and you permit the applicable provider. If no public measurement ID is configured, the tags remain disabled.

An advertising link may include an opaque OpenAI click identifier named oppref, an opaque Google identifier named gclid, gbraid, or wbraid, and campaign labels such as utm_source. We allow only those named fields, normalize and length-limit them, and attach the resulting attribution object and current consent state to a Roof Review request or Contractor Network application. Before consent, opaque identifiers are kept only in page memory and the submitted form payload; we do not put them in local storage or log the raw query string. A consented provider tag may use its own first-party storage under that provider’s contract.

OpenAI attribution identifiers are sent only through the OpenAI measurement contract, and Google identifiers only through the Google measurement contract. We do not combine them into a shared identity or cross-provider matching record. The browser may send a consented page-view event, but it does not send qualified-lead, application, roof-walk, sale, or other conversion events. Any future server-side conversion matching will be separate, will use normalized one-way hashed contact data only when legally permitted and covered by the applicable consent, and will keep each provider’s matching payload separate.

These measurement providers do not receive Roof Dashboard contents, application details, SMS opt-in records, or Service Alignment chat content from the browser tags. Using OpenAI advertising measurement does not give Service Alignment access to a person’s ChatGPT chats. We retain attribution fields linked to an acquisition request for up to 90 days, then delete or de-identify them unless a shorter period is required by a withdrawal or deletion request. Provider-side retention is governed by our separate provider contracts.

You can continue without optional measurement, withdraw consent from the on-page Measurement choices control, clear the consent cookie in your browser, or contact privacy@servicealignment.ai. Withdrawal stops future browser measurement events; events already processed remain subject to applicable deletion rights and provider retention rules.

SMS / Text Messaging

With your consent, Service Alignment may send you text messages related to your inquiry and our roofing services — for example, follow-ups to a call or email, delivery of a roof report link, and appointment confirmations. Consent is obtained verbally during a live phone conversation with a Service Alignment representative: the representative asks for your permission to text you the roof report, follow-up information, and appointment confirmations, and discloses that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that consent is not a condition of purchase, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Only after you answer affirmatively does an authenticated representative record your consent, including its granted status, the verbal-call source, the acting representative, and a timestamp. Automated text messages are not sent unless that consent record exists. Where offered, consent may also be captured through a web form or text keyword. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message; you will receive a single confirmation that you are unsubscribed and will receive no more messages, and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START. Reply HELP or INFO at any time for help with your roof report or messages — you will receive a message directing you to support@servicealignment.ai — or contact us using the details below.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messaging (such as our SMS provider) and only as needed to send the messages you have consented to receive. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (for example, messaging, email delivery, hosting, and analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet legal and operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information.

Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT), unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
