RoofCast Beta Agreement
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This agreement is between Service Alignment and the contractor purchasing a 60-day RoofCast beta subscription (“you”). It sets the rules and expectations for the beta period. It supplements, and is consistent with, the Contractor Network Terms and the Service Alignment Terms & Conditions, which apply to all Service Alignment services. Where this agreement addresses the beta specifically, it governs. You accept it at checkout.
1. The 60-Day Beta Period
The beta runs for 60 days from the date your subscription starts. During the beta you receive the Territory plan — one exclusive service territory sized to 1,000 annual qualified leads — at the discounted beta rate of $3,000 per month rather than the standard $4,000 per month. The discount applies automatically to your first two monthly billing cycles.
After the 60 days, your subscription continues month to month at the standard Territory rate unless you tell us before the beta period ends that you do not wish to continue. Your exclusive territory is assigned during RoofCast onboarding, not at checkout.
2. What RoofCast Does
RoofCast assembles information from public records, licensed property data, permitted imagery, and trusted business contact sources into a roof dashboard for each building in your territory, delivers that dashboard to the owner or manager, and routes engagement — views, replies, and booked Roof Walks — to your contractor dashboard. You are not buying a lead list or raw data files, and raw source data is not released.
Roof Health Scores, Action Priority, Evidence Confidence, and anomaly flags are decision support built from the available evidence. They are not a professional roof inspection, a warranty determination, or an engineering opinion. Roof conditions are confirmed on the roof during a scheduled Roof Walk. Coverage, record age, and image quality vary by location, and fields without reliable information stay open rather than getting filled with assumptions. If something on a dashboard is wrong, tell us and we will pause that dashboard and correct it promptly.
3. Beta Software Is Provided As-Is
RoofCast is provided during the beta “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Beta software can fail. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. The service may be unavailable without notice, and data you enter may be lost or corrupted. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. Features described as beta, in development, or coming soon are not guaranteed and are not part of what you purchase.
Your data and your customers’ privacy are our chief concern, alongside our commitment to delivering an excellent user experience. Unforeseen issues will arise during a beta; when they do, we will address them in a timely and professional manner and tell you plainly what happened.
4. Your Data and Your Customers
What is gathered for your territory stays with your territory. You see your market on your contractor dashboard. Each prospect sees only their own roof dashboard. We do not resell or reshare your information or your customers’ information across contractors, and other contractors never learn why or through whom a building is unavailable.
Outreach follows the rules for each channel. A prospect must opt in before texts or ringless voicemails go out, email follows commercial email law with a clear way to opt out, and every channel keeps a record of consent. You can pause outreach across your territory at any time; pausing holds delivery and does not cancel your subscription. Handling of personal information is governed by the Contractor Network privacy notice and the Service Alignment Privacy Policy.
5. Feedback
All feedback, ideas, feature requests, and bug reports are welcome and encouraged — they are the point of a beta. Send them to your ADE agent or to the contacts in section 7. For a bug or an issue, a screenshot (or several) plus a brief description of what you were doing and what you expected is enormously helpful and lets us move much faster.
Feedback you send is given voluntarily and without confidentiality obligation on our part. Service Alignment may use it to improve RoofCast, and anything we build from it belongs to us, with no obligation or compensation owed to you. Nothing here gives us any claim to your business information or your customer relationships.
6. Support and Escalation
Beta support is delivered first through your ADE agent rather than a staffed human helpdesk. Our ADE team knows the RoofCast platform and codebase better than anyone, and we lean on that expertise and its immediate response to handle issues and answer questions throughout the beta period.
If your issue was not solved, or you are not satisfied with the solution, escalation to our human development team is available: simply ask your ADE agent to “Escalate.” Human response times during the beta are best effort and may be slower than the ADE agent’s, and no specific response or resolution time is guaranteed during the beta.
